Privacy notice

This Privacy Notice tells you how we process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). Personal Data is any information processed under this Agreement that identifies or facilitates the identification of an individual. Any operation performed on personal data is processing.

On acceptance of this notice

You acknowledge that IBSA PHARMA LIMITED,  Sullivan House, 4-6 Colonial Business Park, Colonial Way, Watford, WD24 4PR (the controller/ we), or third parties acting on our behalf, in order to execute this agreement will process your personal data (name, contact details, all details in this agreement, your profession, interactions with you) for the permitted purpose of complying with UK, EU and Member State laws (e.g. UK Bribery Act 2010) and regulatory Codes of Practice  (e.g. ABPI Code and EFPIA disclosure code). Our legal basis for processing this data under UK GDPR is to allow us to execute this agreement and comply with laws and Codes of Practice. Under UK GDPR we have a legitimate interest in processing your data for disclosure on the ABPI website – Disclosure UK as described above.

Your data will be obtained from this Agreement, yourself, internal or publicly available sources

How we share your data

We may share your data with third parties for the purposes of executing this agreement and for complying with laws and Codes of Practice. Sometimes your data may be transferred to geographical restrictions which do not provide the same level of protection as the UK- however your data will only be processed for permitted purposes as described above

Your data will be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil the obligations set out I this agreement

We do not process data using this method.

Your rights

You have the right to know about, receive a copy, amend, request removal, restrict or deny the processing of your data and you have the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

If you need to process another individual’s personal data in relation to this agreement you will need to enter into a separate data addendum.
