The process from website to delivery is outlined here: ​

1. Fill in your following details in this form​
2. Once we have received the form, a member of IBSA staff will contact you within 24hrs for confirmation ofthe order and processing of payment​
3. We will then process the order at our in-housewarehouse​
4. The product should be out for delivery within 3 working days from the processing stage​
5. You will receive a text message for timings of delivery​
6. The product will then be carefully delivered to youraddress​
